Talking Brush Guard / Grill Guard / Desert Guard / Pro Runner Light Bar

Does anyone have experience with Go Rhino Sumatra Step Guard (3315MC), Smittybilt Outland Grill Guard (204403-C), FABTECH Desert Guard (FTT10020), ProComp Pro Runner Light Bar (EXP-12000) or other high quality combination light bar / bumper brush guard (preferably in chrome) that would fit a ’96 Bronco? The Go Rhino and Smittybilt are a lot pricier, but I would probably end up having the FABTECH or ProComp stripped and chromed anyway…

I prefer one that replaces the bumper not just sits on top of it. I dont see how those other bars help your angle of attack. Maybe I am missing something though...

Here would be my choice.

I love the look, especially with the skid plate.

WOW, that does look fantastic. I will be contacting Miller's to see if they have one for a '96. I wonder if they have the first type (pre runner), but with the skid plate from the second type? Also, I am curious if it affects the air bags... Anyone have any idea on this point?

not sure about the airbags because mine doesnt have em. the other thing is your bronco has a weird frame up front. ford made it an acordian style for impacts and such. this might complicate things a bit. I like that millers unit, good price and does the job. Im not a fan of those ones that just bolt to the existing bumper. there not that sturdy and if you hit something it usually pushes into your hood or fenders.
good luck hunting
