Well I just got my new truck today , ok it's not new but used but it's new to me! I did something different this time and bought a truck off E-bay, Now I know what your thinkin, "my god man are you nuts!" well to tell you the truth I'd never thought I'd do it either because of my history of buying & selling cars & trucks i've owned (over 85 since 1979) I'm very leary of anyone selling autos and do my homework long story short so far I'm happy with my deal got a 1995 F-150 X-cab Eddie Bauer with 70,500 miles for $5300.00 and the best part NO RUST! 1 owner non smoker even called the old guy about it! super clean truck too, I think I did ok on the deal around this area trucks that clean are hard to come by without being way way over priced matter of fact a 1993 in our area with 10,000 less miles was priced at 8,500!! I like rust free trucks but momma didnt raise no fool when it comes to dealerships unless you have a trusted friend or connection of some type on the inside watch your back and ALWAYS ask questions & proof in writing.
