Hey Tucson---From Indiana visiting family here...

Howdy All,

Visiting my Aunt & Uncle here on E. side of Tucson... My Uncle
has a '66 F-100 he bought new---Ol' Blue, still in great shape.

Wondering if anyone here knows a place I could find the driver
side chrome plastic seat hinge cover for my '79 F150 Ranger
Lariat ? Nothing perfect, just one that's solid... Also been
trying to find a smooth, stainless steel aftermarket tailgate
protector. Haven't had any luck back home. Looks like they're
not made anymore. Thanks much ! J.R.

Well Id recommend just calling some Arizona junk yards and seeing what might be in Tucson. Sorry man cant really help I live in Phoenix, but you will find junk yards in Arizona are gold mines for restorations since our vehicles dont rust much EVER.

Thanks---been working with my cousin and he said we could

stop by junkyards while picking up supplies... Been out here

on vacation the past five years and sure get excited about

the great rust-free old trucks and Broncs running around.

Wish I could have ran across a good deal here before I bought

mine ! J.R.
