Do I need a special harness to add a Sony CDX-45 6 disc changer to my stock AM-FM cassette unit in a 2002 F250? I do not have a installation guide for the changer.

Yes, just go down to your local electronics store and ask for a Sony to ford wiring harness and they will set you all up you might have to do some miner wire flopping but it will be allot easier than cutting it.
