Zia Edition F-150
It's probably a dealer package. Around here in MN, Ford offers the "Northland Edition" on the Ford trucks.

I have a 1995 Zia that I bought new from a dealer (Crown Ford)in El Paso, when I was stationed in Alamogordo NM. I don't believe that The Zia was anything more than marketing badge. Mine is a very basic 4x4 5 speed manual trans. I drive on weekend to LOWES, but it's a great truck and plan on passing on to the grandson in 5 years.
