Does anyone else notice alot of 93-96 bumpers drop?

When driving around I notice alot of 92-96 F-150's have have their front bumpers sagged down from the back. Many of the trucks are in great shape with no evidence on the bumper of it hitting anything.

I even noticed my 94 front bumper is no longer level when looking at it from the side, are these bumpers bolted on that weak?

Well there is some adjustment in the way the bumper bolts on...so maybe it's just out of adjustment. You can hit those bumpers pretty good without any real damage to them.

The sagging bumper do seem to be a character flaw with the '87-'91 fords. Fortunately there's an easy fix.
It has been my experience to loosen the 4 bolts (18mm) holding the mounting brackets to the frame. Realign the bumper and then tighten the bolts back up. If I was worried about future saggage I'd probably slip a locking washer in behind the nut.

Talking

Speaking of bumpers, I've been looking for a chrome rear step bumper for the longest time. It's next to impossible to find one.
But most rear bumpers are crooked too.

my rear bumper is about a 1/2 inch lower on one side i tried adjusting it, but thats as good as its gets. i think it might happen when you go off road and the truck twists and slips the bumper mountin bolts
