95 F150 fluid capacities question

What is the cooling system capacity on a 1995 f150 4x4 with manual trans? What is the capacity of the trans fluid? transfer case? thanks

cooling cap. has a lot of variables, but 13 to 16 qts. will put you in the ballpark. tranny fluid: mazda 5 spd =7.6pts: zf=6.8 pts. xfer case: 4 to 9 pts. to be honest you really need a manual or two for quick reference. haynes or chiltons or the ford truck owners bible. some cap. will be diferent depending on your exact setup ie engine and tranny. please be sure to use correct replacement fluids. those manuals i mentioned above are not expensive and will easily pay for themselves. not to many products do that.
