I have a Hypertech chip in my f250 with a 5.0 and a 5 speed
Big improvement but you have to run decent gas
I would buy it again I also have a hypertech chip in my Explorer

I personally used to have a Hypertech in my 1993 F-150 2wd, and I didn't feel that it was worth the $250 I put into it. Yes you do have to run at least 91 octane, and all the time, but you can run midgrade with octane booster, otherwise it will ping horribly.
