slide in camper for screw
#2
I'm not aware of any, though that doesn't mean that some company doesn't make one. I think it'd have to be fairly light, as the max. payload on a Supercrew (or an extended-cab with the 5.5' bed) is around 1,700 pounds - and once passengers & cargo are factored in that doesn't leave much room for a camper.
Also, I wonder how well the 2" deeper box will get along with slide-in campers, even on the longbed heavy-payload trucks. I suspect that most campers won't fit unless boards or something are put underneath in order to raise them enough so they can clear the bedrails...of course, doing that would raise the center of gravity and make the whole rig less stable. There are both advantages and disadvantages to the deeper box, and one of the disadvantages is for folks who want slide-in campers. The biggest advantage will probably be for folks who use tonneau covers, because they'll be able to get a lot more in the bed and still be able to get the cover closed.
