I have a pic of some of there engines that will curl your hair. Bunch of idiots.

I'm a pilot and I would have needed a new pair of pants had I been on the one that took off on the taxi way. I know the difference. They hit the snow berm at the end of it too. Not to mention the runway was an East/West runway they were cleared to and took off on a North/South taxiway.

 

No kidding! All they had to do was check the DG or notice the BLUE taxiway lights! Maybe the captain was on Viagra

 

Blue lights going by at HIGH rate of spee, very bad. White lights good. I think it was a case of "think we can do it?". Then clip the berm at the end and decide to fold the gear into the belly and keep going. Naw, I would come back around and land to make sure I have gear down.
