Unhappy Cleaning Dually Fenders

Question on dually fenders. Anyone have a secret of getting these clean. Combination of bugs and tar like substances seem to really stick. I have a white F350 Diesel Crewcab Dually. I guess having fender that stick out past the body does not help matters. Looking for a way to clean these, hopefully an easy one.

Anything you use on the rest of the truck should work on the fender extensions. DuPont Bug and Tar Remover (which is basically diluted kerosene) with a net-type pots-and-pans scrubber should do the job.

As long as you do not plan on painting it again, once it is clean spraying it with silicon will help get the stuff off with soap and water next time.
