Question frame question/suspension

I have a 71' f100 4x4 1/2 ton w/coil spring front suspension. I was wondering if it is easy to put 1 ton leaf springs up front and in the rear? Is there provisions( mounting holes) in the frame for the leaf spring shackles up front? Or can I change a dana 60 to accept coils or is there one made for the coil springs?I want to buy a 1 ton truck and want to swap the suspenion in to my half ton. The reason I just dont buy a 1 ton and drive it is that my frame has been powdercoated and I want to utilize it. Basically I want to swap in the one ton front and rear difs/ the 460 with a c-6/np205. Can anyone help me here? Did Ford have two different frames or is there provision for the changeover to leaf?Eventually I want this truck to be ready to run the mud boggs.
