Rims for 1951 F-5 and 1952 F-6
I have a 1951 F-5 and a 1952 F-6, and I would love to find a solution to replacing the split rims on both of them. Nobody is crazy about working on the split rims, and I would rather find a set of solid 1-piece rims to use. Any suggestions, sources or referrals would be appreciated.

Hi LongHorn - welcome to FTE! Best bunch of folks you'll run into on the Internet. Sometimes helpful, always wacko! 
I know the split rim issue has been discussed a number of times on the board in the past couple of months. Go to the bottom of the forum page and put the words "split rims" in the search box. You should come up with at least a few previous threads discussing them. If that doesn't give you what you need, there are several guys and gals here who know a lot about the issue you're working with. I'm sure they'll be along in a while to give you some good ideas.
