Question 4" Block Lift Problems???

I need some help and some input from you guys:

I was considering lifting my 2003 Excursion Limited 4x4 and went to the dealership this morning. At least they were really honest and the technician who does the lifts spoke with me directly. He said so far they had 3 Excursions they tried to put a lift on, but had nothing than problems after that. Apparently customers experiencing vibrations (heavy kind) between 40 mph and 60 mph.

Of course I am kind of hesitant now and may reconsider my decision to put a lift in at all.

The lift I considered was the 4" block lift. Reason for that is that I was told the other lifts (full suspension) would cancel and void my factory warranty, as too many parts would be replaced at the modification.

Does anyone with a 4" block lift and 35's have any problems?
Vibration of any kind maybe?
Or any other input what I should be aware of?

Thanks ahead of time
