Bronco rusting in normal places...

If I wanted to patch the rear wheel wells and the doors, is there any way to NOT weld, because I dont have access to a welder.

And if I wanted to buy the full rear quater panel such as here. Would I also need to weld something?

I just cant stand the rust at the bottom of my doors and my rear wheel wells.

I did bondo work last year but it is already rusting again.

Yes, ther is a way to do it without welding. Do a search in this forum. This topic was covered. Search for panel adhesive or panel glue.
