I was wondering what the rocker arm bolts torque to on a 73 460, I couldnt find it in my Haines manual or my Big Block ford rebuild book. Not roller rockers and not an adjustable rocker arm.

 

89 shop manual says 25-33 N-m or 18-25 ft-lbs.

I broke one of these bolts (when not using a torque wrench.) There goes my perfect record of breaking bolts when using a torque wrench and not breaking them when doing it by feel.
