I am in Tennessee now, but I lived on Victoria years ago, it is gone now. It was along Fort street and was the first street off Cicotte. The big tall Lincoln Park towers was being built when I was a boy, I used to fly kites off the top of it before it was completed. Man, Am I feeling old. Is the high school still off of Champain street?
