Guy in paper is selling a fairly new (6k miles) 5.4L motor, with a auto tranny for 2k the tranny has 160k on it, he blew a motor, replaced it, then rolled the truck a few months later. He says I would be able to test out the engine before purchase to make sure it runs fine and was not damaged. Just wondering if this sounds like a decent/good deal.

also, will the POS 5spd in my 02 6cyl 150 bolt onto a 5.4L? that would be nice a 5.4 with a 5spd.

oh yeah, motor is out of a 97, i have an 02 would it fit?= jsut fine?
