Question Wiring switch for Power Slider

Hey All,
I have a 93 f-150 s/c with a Mark III conversion. It has a power slider and the switch WAS in the overhead console. My son pulled it out because it read backwards. (open was close and close was open) The problem is the wires were so short they pulled off the switch. Now I can't figure out how they go back on. There are 4 wires. 2 black, 1 black w/blue stripe, 1 yellow. One of the black wires and the yellow wire is heavy wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Perk
