The ignition key in my 1998 Ford Explorer has totally frozen up. It will not turn forward or backward. It is in park. I've tried wiggling the gear shift lever, steering wheel, pushing the break pedal, to no avail. I can't even roll the windows up since I can't turn on the key. Help!
