Expedition Hood and Tailgate Corrosion

Expedition Hood and Tailgate Corrosion
I have a 2012 Expedition with 48000 miles. Its never been in an accident and is washed regularly. I noticed over the past several months that there is bubbling on the front edge of the hood, under the hood, around the tailgate handle and the license plate light.
I see that this is pretty common and that Ford has acknowledged this problem in a TSB, but its not covered after three years.
My dealer will not address this and when i called Ford they said its not under warranty.
It is ridiculous that the paint on the Expedition will not hold up for the length of a 5 year car loan. This is a joke.
For has been selling cars with aluminum panels for many years and they cannot get paint to stick for more than a few years. From what I see this is a known issue with paint not sticking to Ford aluminum.
I understand the new Expedition will be all aluminum, will the paint hold up for more than 4 years without bubbling/corrosion?
I am really aggravated that Ford is not addressing this known issue?
What have other Expedition guys done to address this?
Thanks Mike

Ford has been wrestling with this issue for quite some time. You'd think they could've solved it by now.

Yes it looks like this has been an issue for over 10 years. Now the F150 and new Expedition are completely aluminum. These things are going to look like train-wrecks in 4 years.
The thing that is really killing me is that I am still making payments on this thing. I wish Ford can make a expedition that holds the paint for more than 3 years.
This is my second Expedition I had a 2006, it had the same issue. I thought the paint would have held up better.
I am really disappointed with this paint situation. Ford's response is a joke.

Chrysler did the same thing 20 or so years ago. Everywhere you looked you could see their cars with the paint peeling off the hoods, roofs, and trunk lids. Chrysler's official response to that was, "it's due to owner neglect." Years later it was determined the problem was they started using a water based primer with an oil based paint and the two adhesive properties were incompatible. They also never owned up to their mistakes.
