Interior Options on 66 F250

Can someone tell me what the options were for the areas I've circled on the attached image? There are indentations on the dash of my truck for some kind of option. Above the ignition here you can see a button.

I believe those were for fresh air vents. I have one on the driver side on my 64. Extra cost option for the passenger side. The button, not sure about.

Above the ignition switch is the wiper washer button on my 66 F250. I think I've seen spotlight handles in that location on both ends of the dash. Not sure if there are other options.

My '66 has the vent cable through the one on the driver's side and washers on the floor.

Spotlight handles came though higher up on the dash.

1965/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD did not offer air vent cables.

The drivers side is the washer switch used on single speed wipers and early 66 trucks with the two speed wipers. The passenger side is left over stamping from the pre 65 years that apparently had cable actuators for the kick panel vents. The pic I have is from the owners manual 2nd edition which shows the washer switch built into the wiper switch.
