I have a 2000 F-250 V10 that misses (cylinder 10) at the idle, once you give it gas it runs correctly again. Im at a loss and havent found anyone with a similar issue. I have replaced the plug, tried moving coils from one cylinder to another to see if it shifts the miss, and it has new injectors. Anyone have an idea what this could be?
Did you have someone like advance auto do the scan? They are quick and free but only go in depth as far as saying "cylinder 10 not firing" and don't say why. Good for figuring out which coil is bad but not much else. Dealer scans cost about $80 but will pinpoint the problem for you.

Can you get one of those cheap Harbor Freight mechanic stethoscopes on the injector while it's running to see if you can hear the injector clicking away while it's cycling
I have a similar issue on my 5.4 2V, 2001, 158K miles.
Low speed misfire, at Idle and off idle, mostly when cold, not nearly as bad when warmed up. I'll be watching to see if you find a solution-
