Codes and check engine light

Codes and check engine light
So when I first bought my truck the ABS light was on. Pretty sure that code is P0107. The other code I'm getting is P1102. I started getting that after I bought this SCT X3 from a guy. It has Spartan tunes. So when I tune my truck my check engine light doesn't come on, but whenever I shut it off and turn it back on the check engine light comes on and I get that P1102 code. Why? How can I fix it all

P1102 could be caused by a boost leak (leaks downstream of the MAF sensor, including the Charge-Air tubes), exhaust restriction, binding turbo, egr valve, or lack of proper fuel into the cylinders. Could be caused by a broken/damaged Vref wire at the Mass Air Flow sensor.
Do you have any issues with loss of power or poor acceleration?
Your signature says "stock". Is this still the case (except for being tuned), or do you have an aftermarket intake or exhaust, or EGR delete, etc?
Start off by looking for boost leaks - especially around the CAC (charge-air-cooler).
Get a scan tool and see what your vreference voltage is (KOEO, cranking, and at idle). Verify the vreference circuit at the MAF sensor is 5v.
Look at MAF sensor and inspect harness and wiring. May need to replace the MAF sensor. You can try cleaning it (only w/ MAF cleaner though).
Pull EGR valve (easier to do when hot) and inspect.
Pull upper fuel filter and crank with the starter wire (ignition in the off position) and see how fast it fills.
Install a fuel pressure gauge.
pull and clean the turbo
To crank without starting:
There is a "yellow with light blue stripe" colored wire adjacent to the passenger side battery in the engine compartment, near the vacuum pump that has a "squeeze-and-pull" type connection. Disconnect it, and jump the male end of the connector to the passenger side battery positive terminal. The starter should crank when you do this (but you wont try to fire injectors).
