2011 F350: Blower works but air not coming out of vents

I don't have hardly any air coming out of any of the vents on my 2011 F350, regardless of how the AC or heater is set. For what it's worth I have manual controls and I do not have dual climate control. This is an XLT crew cab with the 6.2.

What route does the air flow take in general? Does the air flow through the evaporator even if you're using the heater rather than the air conditioner? If so I suppose it's quite likely that my evaporator is just plugged up.

If not though, I would think there is likely something else wrong. I saw a youtube video on how to replace a blend door on an F250 so I wonder if that door could have anything to do with my issues? I would think if it were that door it would only blow out of one place rather than having barely any airflow no matter how it was set.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

On my 2011 F350, I always use the manual mode and it generally won't blow much air until the engine gets warm enough to blow warm air (heater on in winter if course), even if I turn the blower to high. Once you've run the truck for, say, 20 minutes, do you still have the problem?

I'm talking more about AC than I am about heat. But yes, the heater was virtually non-existent all winter. I didn't mind much because I spend most of my time in coveralls with short trips in the pickup and a lot of outside work so I didn't hardly notice the heater not working well (except when trying to defrost the windows in the morning).

Without AC on warm days though, it gets pretty unbearable in there pretty quick.

Yep. What he did is what I want to do. Wish I had time to do it myself.
