White/blue smoke after new lift pump...normal?
I just installed a new lift pump and re-sealed my fuel bowl. I re-filled the bowl before starting and it fired up after a couple seconds of cranking. I drove it outside and left it at high idle for 20 mins and the whole time it was putting out a blue-ish white smoke, even after it was up to operating temp. If I stepped on the accelerator, it would make a white cloud and smoke more. Do I still have air in the fuel system? Idles and runs as well as it did before fuel pump swap. 180k miles and original injectors, did I finish them off?

Can an injector become stuck open?

Thanks for the replies, I'll have to do some more digging. I would like to think its not the glowplugs, GPR, VC's or UVCH's because they are all new in the last three months and all MOTORCRAFT. But, new parts can fail. I also replaced the external valve cover gasket connectors with the International kit. Maybe I crossed a wire but the truck runs too well for me to really suspect that.
