I did buy the LED light package on my Lariat along with as many options as I thought I neded.
Recently I came across a Platinum truck and noticed for the first time the the blue oval on the grill has a light around it, is thiis something that can be added?
I thought it looked good.

 

This would have been an add-on, no factory Platinum has an illuminated Ford oval. LED lighting package on Lariat Ultimate, King Ranch, and Platinum is identical.

 

That would be an after market or custom add-on there, so it could be added to any of them

 

we were headed toward each other, almost dawn so lights were on and his blue oval led ring looked so cool

 

Mercedes recently starting offering some of their vehicles with the option of an illuminated 3-pointed star in the grille. I'd say this is a spin-off of that. Might look OK, if it could be done tastefully.
