56 F100 with 460 and Mustang II spring rates?

Gentlemen, greetings from sunny England. I'm after opinions and feedback from those (if any) who are running a Mustang II front end and the big block 460 as to what poundage springs you're running?
Many thanks for your time, as always, it's appreciated.

I bought mine from T.C.I. in CA.
They call them the big block springs, vs small block springs,
They are rated at 450# according to them.

Thanks for that. How do you find the ride quality and ride height? How are your top A arms sitting in relation to the ground ( i.e. are they parallel?)
