Bank 1 lean/bank 2 rich/changed MAF

Hopefully someone can help

bank 1 is running lean/bank 2 rich
cleaned MAF/CHK engine light went off for a day
changed MAF & cleaned idle control valve/light went off for day and half

no collapsed hoses

recently found this, not sure if it's even related

any help is appreciated

You have a restricted cat converter on the rich side.
