What size rear brakes

Replaced my rear drum brakes a few years ago but don't remember if they're 2 1/2" or 3" It's a 1980 f250 4x4 camper special. It has under 3800 lb rears, which I find odd, it being a camper special. Any help will be appreciated. Vin is X26GHJ0134

12" x 2 1/2" with 4,050 or 5,300 lbs. rear axle capacity. 12" x 3" with 6,250, 7,400 or 8,200 lbs. rear axle capacity.
