Pretty much the same truck as yours, the more I look at mine the more I appreciate the original colors on these trucks. There is a member on here goes by FILTHY, he has a nice color combo, looks like boxwood green and a creamy yellow that really compliment each other.

Nice truck Arnold. I am partial to the greens for these trucks also. This is what I'll be painting my 69 Camaro. Might work for this truck too. Not a great pic of it but really like it in person.
The old truck colors really stand out in traffic or a parking lot. That green will look cool on your Camaro. I wonder what a matte boxwood green would look like?
Multiple AAA skills some of the nicest over all work done right.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Wish I could help you out Gary
Sub'd also. Great work. I can already see I better go make some popcorn. Gunna be watchin' this one like a movie.
On the mouldings, that's a funny thing. Back in the day when these rigs were new I liked the wider ones better. But now I like the narrower ones better. The wide ones only look good if the color combo is right for them. Like Arnold's.
So on to fixing the poor gaps and alignment. It's basically just alot of tig welding rod to grow it out or cutting back and weld and grind and hammer and dolly. Then repeat.
