Excessive blue smoke after heavy acceleration
I have installed a delete kit and a H&S chip on my 2009 F350 6.4 powerstroke , I installed the mild tune and run in street level. When I accelerate fast from 20 to 70 it puts out a little black smoke but as soon as I let off to maintain speed it starts blue smoke really thick and runs rough , it will eventually stop after 5 or so miles but if I accelerate it will puff blue each time for a bit longer. What could be the issue?

Not likely defueling to cause blue smoke, unless those settings are calming the turbo first. If the Blue smoke is diesel, then it is a situation of too much fuel as compared to the air at that moment.
Do you run fuel additives?
Any codes on the Mini Maxx or on a scan tool? Mini Maxx does not need to be plugged in so the ODB port can be used by a scan tool.
What are your EGTs when you see blue smoke?

Just a guess here......2009 6.4 liter...stock till just recently? Have you ever checked lower intercooler boot for oil build up? You're now producing more boost then ya would on a stock truck.....if there's oil build up in the intercooler and associated piping...under higher boost you may just be pushing that oil through the system into the turbos/intake and it's burning off.......
Now if there's a ton of oil in there....well then you could have a runaway motor and that is BAD.
