Exclamation Need help selecting the right stall

I have selected a cam and here are the specs :

Basic Operating RPM Range: 2,200-5,900
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 235
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 249
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.541 int./0.526 exh

Now I would like to know if this Stall converter would be a good fit for this cam,

Stall converter : https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ape-24402/overview/ (Stall range is 2,200rpm)

Other factors that come in to play :
Tire size : 31 x 10.5
gears : 3.55 gear ratio
Trans : E40D stock
Heads : 165cc afr heads
Intake : 3881 edelbrock(idle - 5,500 rpm range)
Rocker arms : 1.6r roller rockers

Now once again all I want to know is if this stall converter would be a good fit with this cam / and the selected components.

I look forward to hearing your advice

need the engine size too. the listing for the converter says it doesnt have lockup. your going to need lockup for a E40D.

might want to up the gears so it doesn't have to work so hard at moving things along. should be pretty good.
