1988 F150 NO POWER?

I got an old 1988 f150 with the 5.0
I was out somewhere couple miles from home( 5 or 6). Truck was parked then I had to leave where I was to get home. On my way back the truck started loosing power. You put the pedal to the floor and all it would do is jerk. Completely cut out then jerk for a second. So I had to drive about 20 MPH all the way home. Everytime the RPM would raise it would cut out. Oil pressure gauge dropped all the way down also. Soon as I pulled in the driveway, died on me. About a month ago I did a complete tune up. New fuel filter. New plugs. Oil change. Oil filter. New ignition coil. Wireset. Truck starts no problem and will idle for about a minute then die out. Im stumped

Sounds like it is priming the pump to start, then not turning pump on to run.
