motor almost complete

I haven't posted in a while so I'll make this a good one.
Main Specs:
408
fully forged crank, h beam rods, Mahle Forged pistons.
AFR 205 Renegade Head
Custom Ground CompCam 587 in 600 ex
Comp gold rockers
Comp lifters
polished Fitech EFI


few pictures, its going to be a month before we get it installed.... ;-(

Wow you better have some low gears and stall caus that baby's gonna be a screamer . Same engine as me but built for way higher rpm . Oh by the way it's purrdy too .

I hope you have boxed the frame because that monster is going to twist a stock frame like a pretzel!! That is one beautiful setup

Do you have an estimated HP ? My guess 600 mine should be a little over 500 with a little less cam , carb and intake .

The reason I mentioned the boxed frame is my AUSTIN HEALEY that I had a 400+ horse 289 in had the boxed frame and still needed traction bars from the rear axle to the front of the frame to really give me the traction to run it to it's potential. You have to have a lot more HP and torque than that had. Have fun and post more pics as you finish it.

Finally got the cab painted and the engine installed.
Did the first start today I’ll have to post the video.

That is a beautiful piece of high-end machinery.

I sometimes wonder if the original Ford designers ever envisioned that 60+ year’s later people would be cruising around in 500hp versions of their trucks. To quote RFK, “There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?”

Boze alloy clutch are the wheels
running on front a 275-35-19 on a 19x10
And
Running on the rear a 345-25-20 on a 20x12
