Help identifying flexplate

My engine is a 68 302 with a c4 tranny. The flexplate teeth are chewed up so I need to get a new one. It has 164 teeth but how do you tell how much the weight is?

Is there a special spacer that goes over the flexplate when bolting it to the crank or is it just bolts

No spacer, Just bolts. They have a large head on them.

There is a washer ring for this, it's a thin hardened steel ring. I might have an extra. It keeps the bolt heads from eating into the flexplate when you torque them and thus preventing cracks from developing later. Like last chance said, that's a 28 oz part.
