Unless it's been removed, it's located in the heater control panel.
See 9A050 in pic.
Oh, and the caption is laughable! There's no power window switch located here and the switch is 9A050, not 18578
18578 is the heater blower switch and it's located in the slot on the left side of the panel.

New vehicles historically introduced in September of the previous year, so production begins in August.
Since your truck was assembled October 1984, it's a 1985.

The OP doesn't have a Bronco and the caption for the two switches is wrong.
9A050 is the fuel tank selector switch, 18578 is the heater blower switch.
Bronco back window power window switch is 14529, do you see it there? No, and I don't either.
And...see 19986 above and to the left of the control panel. This is the A/C/Heater blower switch, does not belong in this pic, because it's for the heater only.

Back to the OP - yes, running that line (make sure it's the one going forward to the lift pump) to a jerry-can would be a good test, to rule out/in the tank selector tank pickups, etc. That reminds me, how much fuel is in each tank?

So, out of curiosity, where is the rear window switch on an '80-'86 Bronco?
Since 1978/96 Bronco's only came with one fuel tank, they wouldn't need a 9A050 fuel tank selector switch.
So instead of the 9A050 switch, would have the 14529 back glass P/W switch located there.
Well that diagram is for a heat-only (no A/C) vehicle, correct (isn't that what "heater [standard]" means)?
