If those support bars are too spendy for your tastes, you could spend the time tromping the JY in your area in hopes of finding a good used pair. That, or you could try to make your own.

Did not try local JY yet. The wheels are turnin on how to make new cheap. I can go with all new running bars. Was trying to keep the truck original in that respect. TX!

There is a guy in TN that makes them out of flat stock and angle. I think the last set I bought were $250

Those are nice looking pieces. Those would outlast Ford's design 2x over or better no problem. Priced cheap for how much time & materials a guy would have into them too, in my opinion.

Talk to a local welder, anyone can fab up something similar to work

He is in Tennessee . he goes by Tom on the bronco sites. I dont have his contact info any more
