I have a 6 speed 7.3 powerstroke F350. My hpop lines started leaking at the beginning of December. Didn't have the money then to replace them because it was Christmas time and I have 4 kids so I let the truck sit. I got my new hpop lines in this week and replaced them. Also replaced the fuel line sleaves as they turned to mush when I removed the fuel lines to get to the hpop lines. I change the oil and use Rotella 15w40. Added oil to the hpop reservoir and started the truck and it ran rough for awhile. It smoothed out after about 25 miles and ran great. The next morning I started it up and it ran poorly all the way to work which is 25 miles. Drove it home after work and the same thing. Idles great but runs poorly under a load. Checked the fuel filter and it was good but replaced it anyways. Added diesel klean and checked codes. Not throwing any codes. Programmer says hpop is hitting 3000 psi. Not sure what is going on. Engine isn't dusted and ran great prior to sitting a few months. Is there anything else I need to check? I do not have a way to test fuel pressure yet. I Checked the wastegate and it is good. I have a big head on it. Checked the ebpv and i can get it to open and it closes. Prior to it sitting I replaced the cps using a motocraft sensor. Tried to drain the fuel bowl and it will not drain. Removed the lower driver's side line and drained the bowl. Turned on the key and the fuel bowl filled in less than a second. I'm lost on what else to check. Unplugged my ipr and still runs like crap and will not make boost to save its life. I have also been through the turbo and bellowed up pipes. Just no power and it usually pulls hard. Help!!!!
