Vermont March 2017 BS - time for sugaring, beer and BS, since no snow boo

An entire afternoon at Peak Veterinary in Burlington with the experts. All tests done and his eyes are full of blood. We have ruled out high blood pressure, viruses, liver function, cancer and detached retinas. Blood work and ultrasounds of his eyes give us some hope for a good future. The theory now is he was beaten on the head and the blood and blindness is a result of blunt force trauma. The really good news is there is a chance he may be able to regain at least some sight. He will be on Prednisone for the next month to try to get the blood out of his eyes. Once the blood clears up he may regain some sight. He is far too nice a guy to have been treated so poorly. So glad Helen could get him out of a lousy situation - now to cross our fingers and see if we can have a good outcome.

I'm glad Gabriel has a good chance of seeing again. Why would anyone do something like that to a dog? That person needs to be beat themselves.
