i slipped and fell out of the Kenworth yesterday afternoon.
left shoulder was dislocated. i can not move my arm today.
apparently i landed on my lrft hip too, because i woke me up on fire at 4am.
back is all twisted up on the right side, right ankle looks like a small basketball, and my whole left side looks like i took a load of #9 shot from a scattergun from landing on the rocks.
the only thing not touched was the new knee, that landed is a pile of hot asphalt.
for the first time in 35 years i did not drive the truck back to the shop, the bossman made me go to the hospital and get checked out.

the kids are already planning on it so they can get my cars and trucks.
i am doing a lot better today. i can move my arm some, the hip is not nearly as sore, and the holes stopped leaking trans fluid.
the back is still tender, and the ankle still needs time off. but i can at least hobble to the bathroom
