Haha yeah..... I've seen some engine bays with the powerstroke. Let's just say I wouldn't be too excited to work on the motor if it was in a van. I believe the whole interior/front seats have to come out in order to work on the top of the motor.

Swap the engine into the 95. Should have no fitment issues, but some modification will be necessary. I would try and find a truck that's been totaled and pull the wiring harness, and take the heat shield that is mounted on the firewall to the trans tunnel, you'll want that for sure. I think you can modify the ZF5 on the 460 to work, and could probably do that for a little while, but I'd look for a 7.3 ZF5 either for an IDI or a powerstroke because both will work. Or, an early ZF6. Bubba Should know quite a bit since he converted a gas 302 Bronco 5 speed to a 7.3 Power stroke 5 speed bronco.
