Question "the best gaskets for headers"

just got my headers from summit and noticed that they came with a MANILA paper gasket, not the paper gaskets with the silver metal thingy sandwitched between the black oily looking paper, NO, this is a gasket made outa poster paper.
somebody pliz tell what is the best gasket? or are they right ?

the Fel Pro performance gaskets are pretty good and Summit has them.

got the mr seal rubber coated type. supposed to be a once only dealio.

the only gaskets I've ever had that work pretty good are mr. gasket copper gaskets they are around 30 some dollars but they are worth it you'll find this out the first time a bolt loosens up and it starts leaking and you go out and tighten the bolt and the leak stops usually you try that with any of the paper gaskets and they will have blown a hole in the side and won't seal back up. I've been using these copper one's on my 460 for about 7 months and haven't had a problem with them yet. and as soon as my mustang is back together I'm putting them on there, turbo's don't like exhaust leaks .
