Check behind your weatherstripping...

In the process of bringing my 04 back to life, trying to clean it up, I noticed the top weatherstripping was getting hard and crummy. Pulled it off on both sides and seen this....




Looking to get replacement strips and get it to a body shop.... This with the front end problems...

that rot repair at the windshield is gonna be a good hit.
the glass will need to be removed to repair it correctly.
and i will venture to say if it is that bad there, the driver side is probably bad, and the windshield is leaking too.

That's why once a year since I bought my 04 new I remove all that weatherstripping and wash then wax all them areas

Both sides have it. Need to get trim around windshield off but don't know how. Just dropped 2500 on this truck....
