Back on January 18 I ordered a bunch of parts for my 71 Bumpside. Everything shipped except for Floor Pan Reinforcement End, with flat rate shipping. Today I am wondering when these parts are going to be shipped, so I called them. I was told I would have to reorder the parts and pay for shipping again. After 2 aggravating phone calls I got nowhere. I think I will call Flashback F100 and order the parts from them as they are $10.00 per side cheaper, and the same part. Buyer beware Dennis Carpenter DO NOT BACK ORDER parts they just ignore there customers, they do not tell you this untill you call them. They appear not to need any business. My rant for the day

 

I'm going to order my floor pans from tabco parts. They say they are original gauge metal- and made in the USA!

 

Man, that sucks Brian! I've always had good luck with them, but, none of the stuff I had ordered was back ordered

 

That's a real pisser when Co's list stuff then find out later it's on back order an they only restock when a order is placed.

I've had this happen with quite a few times doing online buying.

Then having to cancel an reorder with someone else who shows in stock.

Yeah I'm going to call Flashback f100, they list it for $10.00 per cheaper. It's the same piece. They don't quote shipping though. As long as the shipping is less than $34.98 I have a better deal.

 

Call before you order!! I ordered some inner wheel houses, and rockers for my bronco. They didn't have one wheelhouse in stock, their customer service treated me like crap, and it took close to 2 months for the parts to finally show up. When they got there, it was just cheap Chinese made parts that I could have ordered from LMC. I do have some Tabco quarter panels that I bought used, and those were very nice, made in the USA panels, so I don't know if they changed suppliers, or something else happened?
