Door won't open from the outside or inside
I have a 1997 ford f250 7.3, so I was at a social and my friend unlocked the door from the passenger side and he pushed it twice so the back doors would unlock as well and i pushed the the button on the outside handle at the same time he pushed the unlock button the second time so now my door won't open from the outside or inside and the part you push in to open the door from the outside is loose and not springy like it normally is,we tried to alide a rod down the window and open it that way but even that didn't work its almost as if its not unlocking now or somethings broke but to check that we need to get the door open any ideas?

I'm guessing that it's somewhere between locked and unlocked. I'm surprised that it won open from the inside; that usually forces the door to unlock. Try the key like fordpride said or try pushing the lock down from the inside to get it back in the full lock position.
You can't pull a front door panel with the door shut; maybe a rear but not a front.

I have pulled a rear door panel for the same thing. Turns out the handle was stuck in the partially open position. I had to move the linkages around a bit and all was good. I put a different handle on so that it wouldn't happen again.
As for the front panel. There is the screw up by the pillar that would make it hard. You may be able to pop the panel loose and slide in from the back edge to move the linkages. Easiest with the front seat out.
