85 bronco build

Hey everyone i'm new to this forum and just got myself a 1985 bronco. i do not have a lot of knowledge about it, but i bought this truck with the carb and all taken off, and missing some things. i'm trying to put it back together now and i dont know exactly which parts i need to which goes where.

i need to know what i need for this outlet part right here and what it connects to

if anyone can help it it would be greatly appreciated

also if it helps at all i believe the motor is a 351w
it's carb is a motorcraft made by holley

Welcome to FTE!

I suggest posting your question in the 1980 - 1986 Bullnose forum; it gets much more traffic than the Bronco forum:

That looks to be the fuel inlet.

Holley 34R10918AQ: Model 4160 Carburetors Primary Bowl w/Front Inlet | JEGS

There are a multitude of different fittings for that inlet opening that will depend entirely upon your application and how you want to hook up your fuel line.

That should connect directly to the fuel pump, which if I remember right (I don't have a V8) is located on the driver's side, up front.

Kinda like this:

Then, run a fuel line from the fuel pump to the carburetor.

Doesn't need to be that fancy, just some regular fuel line should work.
