D4TZ-14289-P replaced over 25 different part numbers (including D0TZ-14289-K), some were also for cars & Bronco's.
I ran about 14 of these numbers on the D2D, PartsVoice.com and rearcounter.com until I found C7TZ-14289-Y (post #3).
I wouldn't be surprised if there's more of these replaced part numbers available.

******Careful Bill. Don't forget sometimes part number replacements will only work one direction. Like say a longer wire part number 14289 replaced a shorter one. The shorter one's part number wouldn't work for the longer one's application.******
Well, sorry to say that is exactly the case here. The D4TZ14289P did indeed replace the D0TZ14289K that fits your application. It also replaced others including D0TZ14289E. Which fit 67/72 B,F500/600 with gas 6 Cylinder engines. So the D4TZ14289P would ALSO fit your application but not all the original numbers it replaced. In other words, the part numbers replacement can go up and work. But going backwards won't work in this particular case. But I know you can handle extending that one wire. I can tell "it ain't your 1st Rodeo".

D4TZ-14289-P besides replacing C7TZ-14289-Y also replaced C7ZZ-14289-A (1967/68 Mustang 390/427/428) & D0TZ-14289-K
It also replaced another C7TZ harness, but I cannot access my 1990 O-S-I catalog to see which one.
So, I cannot see why C7TZ-14289-Y wouldn't work for the OP
