95 Ranger starting issue
I have a 95 Ranger with the 2.3L and it is a five speed. I am having a starting issue. I have replaced the ignition switch, clutch position switch, starter relay and had the starter tested. The truck will not start with the key. I can jump across the relay and it starts fine but will not even click with the key. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I am beating my head up against the wall trying to figure this out. Thank you in advance.

The only thing left is the red/blue stripe wire which must be open somewhere.
Simple test remove that wire from the starter relay & jump 12 volts to that pin. It should crank when you do this so be sure it's in neutral.
If all else fails you could run a seperate wire to that pin on the relay.

Have a look here http://www.revbase.com/BBBMotor/Wd/DownloadPdf?id=176 for a pictorial of the starting circuit, to see where power is going missing as has been suggested. Let us know what you find.
