Hi All, My 07 FX2 has a lag when I push the gas. If I had to guess I would say my Injectors are going bad. I push the gas peddle and it take 10 seconds or so for the truck to go. My truck does not shake it idles fine. It just happens when I take off or when I let my foot off the pedal when driving. It's like it's taking a few seconds for fuel to fill the engine and then it runs fine. My check engine light is NOT on.

 

Start simple....change the air filter and the fuel filter. Unless these things have been done already?? Also Check the transmission for correct fluid level.

if the fore mentioned are good....then you may have a brake hanging up (front or rear), or you might have a wheel bearing going bad??
